Description

A glassy and cherry-red cuprite crystal, covered with a malachite crust. The intense cherry-red colour comes out when backlit. It is a pity that the crystal is not complete, however, this allows you to appreciate its intense inner colour. Cuprite is the mineral that made Onganja famous. These cuprite specimens are now becoming very rare and are very seldom seen on the market.
