Description

This is a very aesthetic milky quartz group from the unparalelled Ouray Fault. Many of the best milky quartz groups ever recovered have come from the Ouray Fault in the Amphitheater. The Buttercup Pocket, which was discovered near the KD Pocket and collected over a decade ago yielded only a few comparable groups. There are some broken crystals near the edge at the back of the specimen. The frist picture is of the "front". This is the best specimen I have offered to date from this locality.
