4 × 4 × 2 cm
Description

A multitude of very nice, sharp, twinned bottle-green to dark-green crystals of clinoferrosilite with small crystals of amethyst, all stay on a bed of colorless-milky sanidine crystals. Clinoferrosilite is a clinopyroxene dimorph of ferrosilite and isostructural with clinoenstatite. The analytical results confirm that all the crystals, from green-bottle to dark green-black color and even reddish, they are all clinoferrosilite. Clinoferrosilite rarely is been found in single euhedral crystals. They are probably the best, known, crystals for this specie. Excellent, rich sample.
