Description

Of this very rare manganese vanadate, it seems that so far, it was only a unic single  finding, from which comes this small fragment.

"Argandite is the V analog of allactite, and is also isostructural with raadeite, argandite is orange in color with a pale orange streak. It is transparent with a vitreous luster, occurs as isolated anhedral grains up to 60 microns in diameter within the rock matrix"  (Brugger J et Alii 2011).
