Description

Nice rare specimen of otwayite from the type locality, one of the few locality from which, sometime comes, apple-green color samples of this rare Ni carbonate. This mineral is usually found in small veins hosted in the rock, see picture, often with other rare nickel minerals like paraotwayite, nullaginite, pecoraite some of which can also be present in this sample. A good sample for this rare specie.
