Description

Nickeltsumcorite is a very rare new mineral species (IMA 2013-117) , this is the nickel analogue of tsumcorite and cobalttsumcorite.

It occurs as yellow microcrystals lining a small vug, with some very nice apple green annabergite crystals.

Nickeltsumcorite has only been found in two localities worldwide, this one is from the type locality.

Very nice under the microscope !
