Description

Molybdofornacite is the only molybdate-chromate-arsenate-phosphate mineral known. In addition is very rare at Tsumeb (its type locality) and labeled as RRR in Gebhard Tsumeb II book (single occurrence with less than 10 specimens). It appears as nice green prysmatic crystals.

Associated minerals are dioptase and rosasite.
