Metallic crystals of the extremely rare mineral rheniite, a rhenium sulphide. Rhenium minerals are exceedingly rare in Nature. In fact, only two of almost 5000 are known to contain rhenium : rheniite and tarkianite. so you will get a real rarity with this species. It is from the "rheniite eruption" of the volcano Kudriavy, when flakes of this rarity fell like snow and covered little parts of the slopes of the volcano. Very nice specimen under the microscope because the crystals are outstanding and shiny.
