Description

Rakovanite, a new and colorful extremely rare mineral (IMA 2010-052) is a vanadium sodium oxide with formula Na3(H3V10O28). 15H20, present here as nice orange crystals covering the whole matrix. The mineral has only been found in this locality worldwide, so it is a one locality mineral that of course it is the type locality. Very nice under the microscope !.
