Description

Up until the find of early 2001, large native silver wires were not very common in mineral-rich Peru. Since this find, there have been no more specimens of quality found.

The specimen above is a hold out from that find in 2001.

A course silver-white native silver wires are set on a massive sulfide and calcite matrix. There are numerous other lesser wires present as well.

Displays nicely from all sides and the specimen sits perfectly by itself for display.
