Brilliant and sharp azurite crystal with prismatic forms and defined terminal faces. With good color, luster and some transparency, which is partly substituted by malachite. Disposed in a cavity of the rocky matrix. It is accompanied by another crystal, also partially pseudomorphed, having a fracture due to the contact with the enclosing matrix. In Kerrouchen, a classic Moroccan mineral locality, each miner has his own "hole" and get its samples. This one was estracted in our visit in February 2013.
