Important Notice: Due to the Covid pandemic, some countries are not accepting First Class International mail from the USA. Australia is one of them, and there may be others. If you are in doubt about First Class International deliveries to your destination, please check on the USPS website or contact me for further assistance.
For shipment within the US, AWM will ship using Priority Insured mailing for all invoices totaling $50 or more, with cost based on mailing zone and package weight. A 1 pound parcel ships for about $12 and includes insurance for up to $50. Additional insurance is required on shipments over $50 using PayPal for payment.. Flat rate shipping is available for larger specimens and combined shipping on multiple auction wins.
International Shipping:
Economy First Class International shipping is available. All First Class mailings that are funded using PayPal require insurance, which is included in the shipping price quoted on the auction.
For all auctions with a final selling price exceeding $100, Insured Priority International mailing is required, and will be calculated based on final selling price at the end of the auction
Buyers are responsible for all import taxes and duties charged by their respective country, including but not limited to VAT, tarrifs and customs dutys.
Items shipped into EU countries will arrive Delivery Duty Unpaid ( DDU ).

Auction items are not returnable due to the nature of auctions.
All purchases using PayPal funding require shipping insurance in order to protect both buyer and seller. Priority mail includes insurance up to $50 value. Additional insurance will be added on the invoice for orders overe $50. Insurance on First Class mailings will be added to the invoice based on final auction value.
For combined shipping, Buyer should pay all invoices within 3 days and I will hold purchases until final shipping is requested. I will not combine shipping for any buyer that has past due invoices still unpaid. A separate invoice with separate shipping will be sent. Please pay promptly and don't make me wait weeks or a month to receive payment. I will ask eRocks administration to intervene on very late invoices.
Seller accepts PayPal for all International mailings.
Seller Accepts Credit Cards, PayPal, checks and money orders for all US mailings.
