Description

This is a specimen of "cobalt bloom" or erythrite from the famous silver mining camp of Cobalt, Ontario.

99% of the erythrite from this locality is earthy crusts, this one however consist of thousands of micro crystals forming botryoids to 1.0 mm. Beautiful under the scope.
