Description

A cluster of red unterminated Amarantite crystals. The specimen has been soaked in mineral oil to prevent deterioration in moist air. The sample actually looks better without the mineral oil as the oil darkens it and takes away some of the luster.  Tthe oil can easily be removed by soaking in any norganic water free solvent like kerosene.

We will combine specimens for shipment if you want us to.
