For Customers Outside of North America: We ship by Air Mail unless otherwise instructed. Please notify us if you prefer a more economical service, insurance coverage, or traceability. The cheapest way to ship is by regular surface mail. Fast and/or guaranteed delivery is considerably more expensive (two or three times more). However, this generally does not provide tracking or a guaranteed delivery time. Canada Post advises that parcels sent this way outside North America usually take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery but can take longer.
