I ship breakable pieces double boxed (were the piece is put in a smaller box, which is placed in a larger oversized box). For save transport to ensure that the piece arrives in excellent condition.
The parcel will always be sent with ensurance and a tracking code.
All paid orders usually are shipped within a max of 2-3 (work)days after payment clearance.
Multiple items can be shipped together to reduce shipping costs.
Other shipping method is negotiable (lower shipping costs, but no cover for loss or damage).
I only charge the exact shipping cost. Ask for the exact costs if you like to know up front. The shipping cost on the auction with the mineral are in 95% the right shipping costs to most of the nations.

You have until 14 days after your purchase to email if something is not right. Broken or damaged items will be replaced or refunded (mutual agreement) by the shipping ensurance.
A refund or replace does not include the shipping costs.
