All orders* will usually ship within three days after receiving payment, maximum within ten days, only as registered and tracked mail. If possible orders will be shipped the cheapest - safe! - way. We use Hermes for inland (Germany) shipping and some European Union orders, German Post/DHL for other European and Non-European orders.

Collecting over a longer period/several consecutive auctions: - to save on shipping costs, please pay your single orders close to each invoicing and sent us a "hold" note (e.g. "I'd like to add items from future auctions"). We'll then accumulate orders and only charge the weight exceed postage difference (if there is one) on the next invoice. Differences of overpaid shipping fees will be refunded. However, we're not perfect and we might miss an overpayment. In case you think you haven't been refunded for overpaid shipping fees, please send us a note.

Adjusted shipping conditions during the Covid-19 pandemia:

1. Because of the pandemia conditions of all shippers had to be adjusted to the situation. Economic shipping as 'Warenpost' (Deutsche Post/DHL) to several countries (e.g. Australia, New Zealand and USA etc.) will take several more weeks than before. Therefore we must ask our customers for their patience.

2. Delivery conditions to ALL countries have changed during the pandemia. Parcels might be dropped at your doorstep, in your garden, hallway etc. without personal contact. Please make sure you don't miss this. If you are not at home during common delivery times please make sure a neighbour or friend can receive your orders. We are not responsible for the delivery.

3. German Post/DHL has increased some of its prices. We are sorry to be forced to adjust our shipping fees accordingly. EU-fees might be higher because we have to add VAT - even for the postage and packing material.
