Description

Nice sharp cherry-red crystals on both sides of this almost massive rhodonite specimen. We haven't seen such a good specimen in years. From a new find at the Morro da Mina in Brazil. There are some botryoidal red rhodochrosite crystal aggregates between the rhodonite 'blades'. Very nice combo.

Only a few broken crystals - almost unavoidable on such a delicate specimen.
