Description

the specimen come out an old collection and was labeled with Weardale, so far I am not sure about the mine - probably West Pasture. The crystals are up to 16mm on edges. they show very high luster. The color is very light blue with a touch of green. there is a barely visible violet zoning along some edges. the clearity is also high - the brownish zones you see on the fotos is not an internal color - it is the matrix underneath. the group on the left side is undamaged, the group on the right side shows one minor damage and a contact at the backside.
