Description

Cabinet group of large pearly white baryte crystals forming a quasi-floating group. The core of the group is coated in iron stains, which provides with a dramatic color contrast and also the clear geological signature of the original paragenesis.
Baryte is locally transparent and with good lustre. Minimal peripheral contacts, this is a rather large specimen for the locality. Over 30 years old.
