Description

An excellent striated individual crystal of stannite nicely perched on top of a pyrite drusy. Stannite is a complex aggregate of parallel crystals, with great metallic lustre, minimal contacts and peripheral bruises. 

In great conditions. Very rare to spot a stannite of such quality!

From the former stock of the late renowned Italian collector and dealer Bruno Cerato, and for a while this specimen has resided in my collection as well.
