Description

A rich specimen featuring elongated crystals of cubanite with pyrrhotite from Morro Velho, with fresh metallic luster. Both species are well formed, with good brassy crystals. The carbonates display occasional transparency, especially at the tips of the crystals.
Cubanite has not been analysed, hence I provide the specimen as is.

Very rich oldtimer from this renowned Brazilian locality, difficult to find nowadays in this quality.
The specimen comes from the former collection Lehmann (CH) and dates back to the late 80s - early 90s.
