Description

The most sought-after habitus - when it comes to vesuvianite - is probably the 'pencil' one.

This specimen is a very rich and elegant miniature of great quality, with great aesthetics, good lustre and quality overall. Small but extremely well-balanced, the specimen shows perfect terminations pretty much for all main crystals.

Rare to find in this quality, this is a lucky acquisition dated back to last summer from a prolific collector. The find dates back to quite a few decades ago, and the locality is now off-limits for collectors.
