Description

An excellent specimen consisting of over a dozen of blocky, very lustrous crystals of brown scorodite arranged as drusy in gossan matrix. Most crystals have a textbook habitus and are partially transparent too.

The Mapimi gossans have produced among the world's best secondaries, and scorodite is extremely well represented as a specie.

This specimen is on the high segment as for quality.

From the former Lehmann collection (CH), which dates back to the late 80s-early 90s.
