Superbly rich miniature of well crystallized turquoise crystals on metamorphic matrix. Divergent groups of crystals of saturated color and great lustre. Some of them are even transparent. Matrix is partly iron oxide stained, giving a further appealing color contrast.
A great specimen from this US locality, very rich and of quite good quality for the specie. Best appreciated at 10x magnification, it is an excellent subject for photomicrography.

Shipped with original tack on acrylic plinth (easy to remove) with handwritten label at the bottom. Former collection Lehmann (CH).
