Description

A rich aggregate of twinned aragonite crystals, with the typical pseudohexagonal prism habitus, cover the broadest part of the pale evaporite matrix. Textbook shape and very good lustre for the aragonite, whose color ranges from white to pale yellow-green.
The main crystal is over 1 cm in length and proudly stands out of the vug.

A real Sicilian classic, quite sought after in good quality. Recently acquired from an Italian collector, the specimen is a couple of decades old.
