Description

Excellent miniature featuring a mineralised surface of 'cauliflower' shaped pink kutnohorite. One third of the mineralised area is given by individual kutnohorite cauliflowers, while the remaining area is populated by a forest of standing aggregates. The matrix is a dark mixture of braunite and jasper. The rendering of the pink color is very difficult for this specimen, this is why I did photograph it with both black and white background.

In great conditions, it comes in its original plastic box, including some old blue tack attached at the bottom of the specimen (easily removable). Quite rare nowadays, typically found in older collections. Mined at the end of the 80s.
