Description

Small miniature featuring a rich group of lazulite crystals on a carpet of bipyramidal wardite and quartz crystals. Lazulite crystals are sharp, deep blue and with glass lustre. The two main crystals appear twinned, but I cannot confirm whether this is the case indeed. Wardite crystals range from yellow to brown, are partially transparent and display glass lustre. Rare hyalin quartz crystals nicely contrast with the other two species. Wardite and quartz cover both sides of the specimen.

Elegant, contrastful and in good conditions, provided some occasional minor contacts. Found at the end of the 90s.
