In generale, la tariffa per tutta Italia, comprensiva di spese di imballaggio, è fissata in 8.50 euro. Nel caso il peso e la dimensione dei campioni lo consentissero, sarà possibile la spedizione per posta raccomandata, la cui tariffa verrà indicata su specifica richiesta.
E' possibile spedire più campioni in una unica spedizione.

Each item is individually wrapped to ensure no damage during shipping. All original labels, if available, are included. All items are sent in durable cardboard boxes.
Multiple items will get only one single shipping cost.
All items will be shipped through Italian Postal Service as Small Parcel with Registered Airmail. For uninsured shippings Customer assume all risk for loss or damage.
The parcel cannot weight more than 2 Kg.

Europe: 6-7 working days
Non-European countries: 10-15 days, depending on country of destination and except customs clearance.
The price is determined by weight of items, by the country you live in and by the presence/absence of insurance.

Area 1 - Europe, Russia, Mediterranean Basin: up to 350 g = 12,50 euro; from 350 g to 1 kg = 16 euro; from 1 kg to 2 kg = 24 euro
Area 2 - Canada,Japan, United States (no insurance): up to 350 g = 16,50 euro; from 350 g to 1 kg = 23 euro; from 1 kg to 2 kg = 35 euro
Area 3 - Australia: up to 350 g = 21 euro; from 350 g to 1 kg = 30 euro; from 1 kg to 2 kg = 44 euro
Insurance: up to 250 euro = 5 euro

Returns will be accepted within 15 days of receipt of goods. All we ask is that you contact us directly by e-mail within 15 days if the item(s) you receive has some problem. A refund for the purchase price less shipping will be issued as soon as we receive the item(s) back in unaltered condition . Please pack them to survive the trip. Sorry, shipping and insurance charges are not refundable. Postage for returned merchandise is at your cost.
