Description

A marvelous specimen of vesuvianite crystals from the famous Jeffrey mine, Quebec, Canada. They have from a light purple color to apple-green. The crystals are gemmy, with a strong glassy luster and are well shaped. The vesuvianite is very fresh and sparkling. For references see the 2013 issue of The Mineralogical Record vol. 44, # 4.
