Description

Unusual pyrite crystal from this less common Peruvian locality - Racracancha mine, Pasco. The specimen comes from the collection of Jean Des Rivieres, Quebec, Canada - no label. It displays an attractive modified pyrite cube with pretty beveled edges. It is brassy yellow, very lustrous and shiny. The crystal is with nice striations. In good condition – some small nicks and contacts. On acrylic base.
