Description

This is the original German edition of Georg Gebhard's book about the famous Tsumeb Mine,  which was published in 1991. It covers in great detail the history and minerals of this well known locality and is lavishly illustrated throughout with a wealth of photographs.

I originally bought this second hand from Tony Brittain of Endsleigh Books back in 1999 to go with the revised English version which had just been published at the time.

It is slightly smaller than the later English version with 239 pages and weighing 1.5kg  so the packed weight should be under 2kg making the postage slightly cheaper than the other version. Prices quoted are a guide and the final price will depend on destination and service.

There is some slight foxing to the edges of the pages, as seen in the final photograph, otherwise, it is in excellent condition.
