Items will normally be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment. You will be notified by Email once an order has been despatched, and the despatch date recorded on your "My Invoices" page. UK shipping – Royal Mail 1st Class – Small Parcel – prices at prevailing rates (lowest rate applies up to 1kg) Eurozone shipping – Royal Mail International Airmail tracked – Small Parcel – prices at prevailing rates (lowest rate applies up to 250g) USA/ rest of world shipping – Royal Mail International Airmail tracked – Small Parcel – prices at prevailing rates (lowest rate applies up to 250g) Scheduled Delivery time is next working day for UK Inland and 3-5 working days Airmail. Shipping costs for the item shown are inclusive of packaging etc. Items can be combined to reduce overall shipping costs. All specimens are labelled packed securely in jiffy foam and bubble wrap. All export parcels are clearly marked "mineral specimens" - no copy invoice or packing list will be included with the shipment. We are not responsible for import or customs charges if these are subsequently raised. Packages over 2Kg will be sent via Parcel Force or International Parcel Force. Prices on request

RESPONSE TIME: I will generally respond within 24hrs to any questions and purchase requests, via the e-Rocks contact and invoice system.

PAYMENTS: All transactions must be currency requested in the invoice.
Preferred method of payment is through PayPal. which is accessed securely and automatically through the invoice.
Transactions using PayPal are covered by PayPal's Buyer/Seller Protection - subject to their Terms & Conditions.
Under PayPal's terms, any Seller reserves the right to use the Buyer's PayPal registered address only as delivery address. Please check with Seller before bidding/buying if you wish to have an item shipped to another address.
SHIPPING: Please refer to shipping costs quoted on individual items and shipping policy section on the item page. All shipping costs subject to prevailing UK Royal Mail rates, which might change.
I am happy to do combined shipping on purchases of 2 or more items to help reduce shipping costs.
I will always quote and charge actual costs. Insurance, Recorded Delivery or alternative Carrier can be provided at cost to purchaser.
FOR ALL CUSTOMERS: Once payment is received the items will be package up sent within 3 days – unless you request a Shipping Hold.

RETURNS: If you receive anything you do not like you have a 10-day approval and right to return a specimen(s).
Please notify us immediately (but within the 10 days) and send it back if it arrives damaged or if you are not otherwise happy with what you have been sent. Once we have received the returned specimen in the condition it was sent we will return your money plus your return costs (limited to postage).
This policy applies to every specimen we supply but please within the 10-day approval period!!
Our intention is only to supply material with 100% customer satisfaction.
If a specimen is not back with us after 15 days (allowing 5 days for UK return shipping) of receipt of the specimen, I will assume that you are intending to keep the specimen and the transaction will become final.
US, European and Worldwide customers wishing to return specimens will have a longer period allowed for shipping depending on their location. However we must be notified of your intention to return a specimen within 10 days of receiving it however.
REMEMBER: if there is anything you do not understand, want to ask or would like slightly different - please ask.
