Description

Iodorgyrite is the rarest of the group of related silver chlorides from Broken Hill, and the hardest to obtain today in good crystals. These were mined in the 1940s mostly and are often dark yellow from excessive exposute to light. This small miniatute features isolated groups of iodargyrite crystals that are cream to pale yellow in colour on a limonitic and massive fluorite matrix
