We ship all items with AustraliaPost via econmy airmail for Australian and International addresses for packages up to 20Kg. This service does not include tracking, should tracking be required Australia Post charges an additional USD $8.00 for this service.International parcels are shipped once per week so our customers get the best possible shipping rates. Scheduled Delivery time is 3 to 7 working days for Australia and 10 to 14 working days for the rest of the world. Shipping costs for the item shown are inclusive of packaging etc. On request we will combine orders to reduce overall shipping cost. If the item is fragile, radioactive or high in value, we will recommend we ship with Express Courier International Service from Australia Post, this is a priority tracked and insured service. All our specimens are packed securely with shock proof packaging, we use biodegradable granules as filler in exterior boxes made from wheat and rice and is water soluble for ease of disposal. Each item sent will have a label detailing the specimen- species name and location found, we will also include previous labels if available or mentioned in the description. We are not responsible for import or customs charges if these are subsequently raised.y.
