Description

A cabinet sized native copper with minor cuprite from the Boddington Gold Mine, Boddington, mount Saddleback in the south west corner of Western Australia amongst the great Jarrah forests.

This specimen consists of small but well defined native copper crsytals in an open aborescent form witha bright and plaesing patina. This specimen dates back to the early 1990's when the site was worked by Newmont mining, all operation ceased at the site in 2001.
