Description Tabs

Description
Locality:
Yaogangxian Mine, Hunan Province, China (Peoples Republic)
Size Range:
Small miniature (3-4.5 cm)
Size:
2.5 × 4.1 × 2.8 cm
Largest Crystal:
1.90cm
Description

A group of clear fluorite crystals atop a number of small ferberite crystals.

As can be seen specimen fluoresces well under UV light.

One of the fluorite crystals is included with numerous curving metallic crystals, these have been described as jamesonite, boulangerite and /or stibnite. At this time I am not aware of any definitive work having been done on these inclusions. They do however add to the overall appeal of this specimen.
