Description

Gemmy dark yellow crystals of the extremely rare silver copper iodide ; miersite on a gossan matrix. This material dates back to the mid 1890's and was closely associated with marshite and have very rarely been found since.

The crystals are sharp, well formed and this specimen has a very rich coverage.
