Description

This specimen ranks among the very best quality fluorites that I have ever seen or had from Lavrion. It shows an incredible luster and deep purple color with sharp dark purple phantoms that can be better seen in person with a flashlight behind the crystals. The size is really good and the faces show an interesting stepped pattern. The display side is in excellent condition with the corner of the main crystal raising an issue. It is not cleaved or dinged, probably contacted and not damaged to my eyes. The piece is springled with tiny little murdochites, it may look dusty but it does host a rare mineral on it!
