A striking pseudomorph of goethite after a prismatic crystal of gypsum. One side of the piece is covered with orange-brown limonite while the other side that shows the pseudo nicely, is an almost black goethite. A fine, well-sized and well-formed example of this impressive kind of encrustation pseudomorph from Lavrion.
