Description

Adamite from Lavrion usually come in tiny little crystals or spheres on gossan matrix. About 1 year ago, there was a magnificent find of some of the best adamites that we have ever seen from Greece. This is a major specimen from this find and hosts aggregates of crystalline spheroids of adamite up to 3cm! The size of the adamites aggregated or not, is enormous for the Greek and European standards. As bonus, they are gemmy with good luster and a pleasant green color. They have grown on a bed of whitish crystals  of calcite. As with all specimens from this fixed-price page, there is a video of this specimen available so please contact me to send you the link.
