Description

This cuprian adamite specimen comes from a find that was made about 4 years ago and it was the first time in years, that Lavrion produced such a quality. It reminds Mexican quality. The thickness of the adamite is remarkable for Lavrion. You are looking at an opened vug, across an adamite vein in limonitic matrix. The luster and crystallization are excellent and the color is a pleasant soft green. Damage-wise, the interior of the vug is undamaged and we only have the inevitable peripheral wear which happened when the vug was opened.
