Description

This is an ultimate rarity and fantastic Greek azurite. Azurite from Greece are usually found as crusts or as tiny, few milimeter long crystals at best. This is an amazing example with an enormous crystal for Greece that is 2cm across!! It is not just it. The quality of the azurite is superb, with fine luster and electric blue color & gemminess when lit properly! No, this is not all. There is contrasting green brochantite and malachite to make for a super rare and very fine azurite specimen from Greece. Damage wise, the display is looking good but there is some damage on the back of the azurite which is expected for such a fragile specimen and the conditions it was mined at. From a recent find.
