Description

I don't know what to begin with describing here. Firstly this is a fine calcite specimen with yellowish gemmy crystals some of which are sceptered. The most important thing here however, is the ultra-rare geocronite! It occurs in many areas on the specimen in well-formed crystals up to 2mm. Next comes the tennantine which is not well shown on the photos in crystals up to 5mm. Pyrite, Sphalerite and quartz and also present, making this a superb combo specimen from Chalkidiki. From an old German collection.
