Description

Beautiful cluster of purple glassy fluorite crystals on matrix. The cube is the dominant form, with the edges modified by very thin dodecahedra, and with nice tetrahexahedron growths on the cube faces. They are quite gemmy, with nice distinctive purple and blue coloured internal phantoms and good multistepping detail.

It comes with a label of Gregory, Bottley & Lloyd (London), with the Rickett Street Address, so it can be dated back to the period 1982-1993. This type of material was found at that time at the Obdulia vein, so it is likely from the Emilio Mine.
