Description

Duo of dolomite crystals of intense lustre and incredible transparency. They are associated by a contact twin on {1000}, classic for the locality. It is a floater piece that shows some minor cleavages in some corners. It is from a limited find made by Francisco Maello in 1991. Dolomite from Eugui is already considered a modern classic of the European mineralogy. Furthermore, the Azcarate Quarry is definitely closed and restored.
