Description

From the type locality is this aesthetic aggregate composed exclusively by interpenetrated crystals of autunite of canary yellow colour. It is a crust that was detached off a big block of weathered pinkish granite rock. As shown in the pictures it has a very strong green coloured fluorescence under long and short ultraviolet light.

Free of damages, it is an Ex Dr. Bob Janssens specimen, #1603.

A copy of the label that was associated to the big block will be sent with the specimen.
