Description

An already classic pseudomorph of the European mineralogy are these crystals of anglesite that have been replaced by a network of porous crystallized cerussite. This is a good size representative specimen of pseudomorphism and locality, where the original anglesite crystals reach 25 mm. Furthermore, this one is coated by a layer of colourful iridescent goethite that is scarce and highly sought after.

From my own collection, acquired in 1990.
