Description

Nice M'sesa specimen featuring radial aggregates of very light blue acicular plancheite crystals in an uncommon combination on very dark red cuprite with some glassy areas very black, probably transformed to tenorite, with a face covered by a layer of heterogenite.

Collected by Eudore Toussaint, a Belgian Chemical Engineer in the D.R.Congo from 1948 to 1971. It comes with the original old socle made of wood from Congo. Specimen #35.
