Description

Rounded aggregate of octahedral fluorite crystals completely replaced by milky quartz. This Super Classic pseudomorph from Wheal Mary Ann is of excellent quality. The surface is partially covered by chalcedony with some tan coloured layers underneath. The octahedral form of the fluorite is very well-preserved. The largest crystal measures 1.8 cm across. Great old-time Cornish material.
